Mục tiêu chung của Chính phủ Việt Nam là ổn định nền kinh tế vĩ mô và kiềm chế lạm phát và theo đó, chính sách điều tiết tỷ giá, lãi suất và tín dụng phải phối hợp nhịp nhàng để đạt được mục tiêu. Do đó, Ngân hàng Nhà nước đã cân nhắc kỹ về việc tăng giới hạn cho vay vì việc tăng ROOM tín dụng sẽ đi kèm với nhiều rủi ro.
Bài viết này sẽ làm rõ việc kế toán chứng khoán kinh doanh tại các ngân hàng thương mại hiện nay từ quy định pháp lý hiện hành đến thực tế áp dụng của các ngân hàng, từ đó đưa ra các khuyến nghị để hoàn thiện và nâng cao chất lượng thông tin về việc đầu tư vào chứng khoán kinh doanh.
The research investigated the effects of grit and employability on organizational commitment by mediating job involvement of the private higher education in Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample of this research is 130 lecturers selected by purposive sampling.
This article is carried out to identify factors influencing on financial risk of construction firms listed on Vietnam's stock market. The panel data is extracted from financial statements of 142 listed construction firms between 2012 and 2019. Using regression analysis, financial risk was measured by Alexander Bathory model.
In addition, we find that the opportunities for obtaining better housing outcomes vary largely across regions. Our research findings suggest that improving the access of ethnic minorities to education and better job are expected to improve the housing conditions.
The purpose of this research was to determine how cultural aspects or beliefs of agricultural producers such as collectivism, trust, formality in land titling and productive planning influence the associative work of agricultural productive chains. Considering that for many years productive chains have been promoted as a development alternative for small agricultural producers in the Mantaro Valley, they have received training services, technical assistance, market articulation, etc.
This study aims to review the correlation of environmental knowledge, eco-label, and perceived quality of green awareness customers with environmentally friendly products. Research method is based on a survey on 100 customers of a supermarket who are familiar with environmentally friendly products. The analysis technique conducted uses linear regression with smart tools of SPSS for testing the hypotheses of the paper.
This research aimed to analyze the influence of the marketing mix on the demand of Thai and foreign tourists along the Mekong Riverside in Nong Khai and Bueng Kan provinces, Thailand that linked to the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), in particular the Vientiane Capital and Bolikhamxay province. Questionnaires were used to collect the data from 410 samples selected by convenience sampling.
The objective of this research was to determine the factors of Visual Merchandising on consumers’ purchase decision in retail stores in the districts of El Tambo and Huancayo, 2019. The study was carried out using the quantitative approach including the scientific method (general) and the deductive method (specific). In addition, the non-experimental - transversal - descriptive research design was used.
The findings of the study suggest that organizational culture and communication skills did not show any significant results, meaning that communication skills did not support OCB. It is expected that the next researcher can deepen the research with different objects, while paying attention to communication skills.
This study attempted to identify decisive factors having important impacts on international tourists’ satisfaction in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). By conducting a survey of 2,073 foreign visitors in HCMC, this paper explored nine determinants and their effect levels on international tourists’ destination satisfaction. Quantitative approach was mainly applied with statistical techniques used as exploratory factor, reliability, and multiple regressions analyses.
The study used a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method to evaluate the measurement model (an outer model) and the structural model (an inner model). The data were processed using the SmartPLS 3.0. program. The results have indicated that job satisfaction, well-being, and emotional intelligence had positive effects on the teachers' employee engagements at SDS Pelangi Kasih Jakarta.
Results of study indicated a strong positive relationship between ITMG and managerial innovation that is attributed to business architecture and risk management plans and strategies. The research aims to test the impact of corporate social responsibility toward employees on employee motivation in Vietnamese businesses. Based on 804 samples, results show that, besides the factors of opportunistic behavior, all factors of trust and social responsibility had positive impacts on employee motivation.
This paper aims to investigate the relationship between managerial opportunistic behavior and the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using two different indicators of company value.
The purpose of this article is to build a consumer loyalty model by considering consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable between the image of micro banking and consumer relations with consumer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach of this article is a research on micro banking customers. The survey was conducted on 100 micro banking customers. The research shows that company image positively influences customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
The empirical findings elucidate that perceived functional value, procedural value, and social value except for emotional value, significantly and positively impact on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction. Moreover, the findings stress that the full mediating effect of e-satisfaction on the relationships between FV, PDV, SV, and E-loyalty as well.
This study applied the convenience sampling method to survey 235 Muslim entrepreneurs through a self-administrated questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS v.3 to test the hypothesis. The result showed that green product, green promotion, and green price have a positive relationship with firm performance.
The research results show that if businesses make good use of the ABC costing-method, their business performance will be significantly improved.
The result of the study has some practical implications for managers and banks implementing and intending to implement TM practices. Managers and banks can design and implement TM practices with the aim to increase positive employee performance behaviours, reduce counterproductive behaviours and benefit from positive affective commitment through the implementation of TM practices.
This study focuses on hoarding of digital assets. Today people’s ownership of digital assets can be uncontrolled and the measurement tool designed in the study is expected to be useful for young people, health care organizations, businesses (smartphone firms etc.) and researchers. In the study, previous researches on hoarding, in particular hoarding of digital assets are reviewed.
The study aims to examine direct and indirect impacts of managers’ emotional intelligence on performance of firms through determinants of job satisfaction, trust and opportunistic behavior. Data are collected from 617 respondents as managers of firms in Vietnam.
This study develops TK as a quantifiable measure and connects this to organizational performance. The conclusion offers suggestions for management, limitations, and procedures for future research in this area.
The study investigates the effects of competence; the role of ICT; and the quality of internal audit on internal audit effectiveness in Nigeria’s federal public service which is charged with the responsibility of the management of over half of the public revenues accruing to the Nigerian federation but with particular reference to 28 self-accounting federal public organizations operating in the North East Geo-Political Zone. Primary data was obtained from 139 valid responses out of 148 questionnaires administered on the internal auditors of such organizations.

This study aims to analyze the influence of factors that could result in high termination of audit procedures for premature signing and dysfunctional audit behavior on auditors working in public accounting firms. Factors considered include time pressure, locus of control and turnover intentions for terminating premature sign off audit procedures and how they affect the dysfunctional audit behavior of auditors working in the public accounting firms in Jakarta City Indonesia.
